Skated at P-58 for the first time last week. Was the first time riding a bowl. Definitely need some practice and need to learn how to carve.

After 15+ years, decided to get back into skateboarding. I built two mini portable quarterpipes to make a pseudo halfpipe in the garage for those rainy days. Check it out. Still entertaining the idea of building a 4' halfpipe in the side yard, but for now will continue to skate at SK8 Cary.

I'm now on that lame-ass Web site, Facebook. I caved and setup a profile so I could find some old high school buddies. Look me up

Since HD-DVD folded, and BluRay is 'it', I bought a Blu-Ray DVD player. It's cool b/c it's also a game console. It's called a Playstation 3. :) Woohoo, man, the games are kick ass, and BluRay movies are AWESOME.

Got a new guitar and amp. Bought a Michael Kelly cherry sunburst Patriot Custom. Feels and sounds like my Les Paul did, but w/o the Les Paul price. :)

Since racing is on hold, I need something to do. So I got back into skateboarding. Got a new board and started skating at SK8 Cary. It's been 15 years since I've skated, so needless to say, it's taken a bit to get back into it.

Racing is on hold. Sold the bike at the end of '07. Perfect timing, circumstances, & opportunities presented themselves, so I decided to sell it. Waiting for the 2 vs. 4-stroke issue to pan out, and wait for availability of the 4-strokes, then will return to racing. Although, also contemplating getting a used bike now and teaching/instructing at track days.

And... we're back. Been a little busy the past 1.5 years, but I figured it's time to get back to updating the site.
